We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Analyst III with the following responsibilities and requirements:

Essential Responsibilities

Responsible for translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. Acts as an advocate for the client, as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems; Often project-based at customer sites.

Provides direction for design activities. Interaction with customer for Tumbleweed Project requirement gathering; Work with Sales for various pre-sales activities, work with support for Tier 3 level support help, work with internal PSO team for project guidance, delivery and development. Perform software development work as needed Perform onsite installation of Tumbleweed Software and Appliances. Deliver Training to customer’s onsite and offsite.

Requirements

This candidate should have good technical Project Management experience, including project / relationship management with Enterprise level customers. At least one project management certification would be preferable. Candidate should have java development experience, preferably a CS degree or equivalent, and exposure to some of the following: Identify Management services (AD, LDAP, etc), dbms, multiple OS’s (win, linux, unix), etc. We need someone with excellent customer facing and communication skills, someone with excellent organization skills. DESIRED: All of the above WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
