We are currently seeking a HR Business Partner with the following responsibilities and requirements:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Attends meetings and serves as internal consultant.
- Implements corporate policy at the organizational unit level.
- Develops and drives company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, workforce planning, organizational change) and resolves retention and employee relations issues.
- Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to address root causes of HR issues.
- Assists senior management in the development of solutions through cultural and process perspective organizational development.
- Viewed as a strategic business partner and change agent. May also be responsible for other HR functions and special projects as required.
- Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.
- Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.
Discretion/ Interaction and Job Complexity:
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel.

Experience:
- BS in Business, HR Certification- PHR, SPHR or relative job experience; Typically requires a minimum of 5 years
